Billing Requirements:

  • Month-to-Month Plans require activation fee of $34.95, annual plans waive the activation, but may have early termination conditions and applicable fees.
  • Month-to-month require purchase of Crexendo 200 Internet Phone for $79.95, plus shipping of $9.95 and applicable taxes. Annual plans waive the cost of phone and shipping.
  • *Toll-free inbound calls will be billed at 10 cents a minute and an additional monthly access fee of $3.99 per month

*Fair usage limits apply on all plans. Fair usage is defined as 5,000 minutes per user (based on inbound and outbound usage). Usage that exceeds 5,000 minutes per user over a thirty-day period will be billed at 3.9 cents/minute.

Crexendo Web Interface Provides users with a unified web screen for intelligent management of email, voicemail, inbound fax and setup of find me - follow me services. A single web communication interface, Crexendo, allows users to graphically manage different services from a single web portal.

Auto Attendant Top-level auto-attendant menus can be assigned to incoming calls based on phone number dialed. Multi-level menus may be constructed. Greetings can be specified using text-to-speech engine and male or female voice options are provided. A greeting may also be recorded by the user through system callout to user-specified extension or 10 digit number.

Call Park/Call Pickup Call Park feature allows a person to put a call on hold at one telephone set and continue the conversation from any other telephone set. The “call park” feature is activated by pressing a preprogrammed button, and this transfers the current telephone conversation to an unused extension and immediately puts the conversation on hold. This is called parking the call; and the call is said to have parked onto a certain extension. The telephone system will then display the extension number of the parked call so that the call can later be retrieved, which is referred to as Call Pickup.

Conferencing/Audio Bridge Includes 3-way calling on the phone, plus up to 10-party calling through the audio bridge. A local number and pin will be provided with each Crexendo plan purchased.

Do Not Disturb When you are in an important meeting or need quiet time, put your phone in a state so that it will not ring and have calls automatically forwarded to voicemail.

Inbound Fax PDF documents are supported and sent to the user’s inbox. Inbound and outbound fax is supported in the user’s Crexendo web interface screen for managing inbound faxes. Silver plans offer free phone or phone sold separately options.

Outbound Fax is supported when users add the add-on Business Fax plan to their Crexendo 200 or Crexendo 300 Business Phone account. The Business Fax is ideal for outbound faxing.
The Fax plan is perfect for adding up to (2) single line devices including a fax machine or single line phone or cordless to your digital phone plan. Analog devices are not available through Crexendo.

Find Me/Follow Me Users can specify the best way to reach them. User defined rules are followed to route a call for that user. Separate Find Me/Follow Me rules may be separated for each of the designated status.

Forward A forwarding number (extension or phone number) can be specified, where calls will be routed to if the user doesn’t answer in a pre-defined amount of time. Calls may forward, when the user is busy, or they can be routed unconditionally. Incoming calls may be rejected and forwarded to voicemail.

Hunt Groups Delivery of incoming calls to a predefined group/list, always starting with the first member of the list and working down the list until a free member is reached. Timers may be used to determine the duration that hunt group member is alerted before migrating to the next available member. Call waiting is indicated. Last call return may be prompted, and last number redialed is supported. Caller ID block is supported on all outgoing calls or specific calls.

Intercom Intercom are ad-hoc communications tools that can quickly improve internal company efficiencies. The benefit of Crexendo intercom calling is that the calls are free.

Local Number Port (LNP) A user may transfer their number to Crexendo's solution for free. A user must agree to the terms and conditions of number porting. Not all numbers are eligible.

Name Directory Dial by first or last name of the person. Or dial by extension.

Music on Hold/Company Messaging Crexendo comes with Music-on-hold and the customers have the option to select from the play lists. Customers could record their own data to upload. Customers are responsible for using licensed music, should they choose to upload their own music. Customers are able to upload their own advertising recordings.

Transfer blind transfer is where callers may transfer the call to another party without waiting for the party to answer. On getting ringback tone, the transferrer can hang up and the call will be established between the transferee and the transferred-to party when the transferred-to party answers. In consultative transfer an active call may be transferred to another extension or number after consulting with the transferred-to party. The transferor waits for the transferred-to party to answer, consults with him/her about the call being transferred and then hangs up. On the hang-up the transferee gets connected to the transferred-to party. Music on hold is available to the transferee until the transfer is completed.

Voicemail Voicemail functionality is available to each provisioned user. All aliases for a user share the same voicemail box. Voicemails also are converted to .wav files and sent to the user’s email inbox for unified messaging, which is part of the Crexendo web interface.

Voicemail to Email Notification Voicemail messages can be sent to your email as notifications with attached audio (.wav files).

Unlimited Inbound Calling Crexendo Cloud VOIP customers receive unlimited inbound calls, free extension-to-extension, as well as calling to and from any other Crexendo subscriber. Toll Free numbers can be added on for $3.99 per month and 3.9¢ per minute.

Unlimited Outbound Calling CUnlimited outbound calling to any residential or business telephone number in the United States and Canada. Calls to cell phones are also included for the United States and Canada.
